MR. TARUN CHATTERJEE ( Advocate ), M.com , LLB, FCS
Mr. Chatterjee is the founder of TCA and leads the litigation and consultancy team of the Company. He is a member of Calcutta High Court Bar Association and CESTAT, Kolkata Bar Association, Life member of All India Federation of Tax Practitioners having around three decades of vast experience in the field of Indirect Taxation. He has successfully many large and reputed corporates, both in Public and Private Sector before several High Courts and Customs, Excise Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT). Many of his cases are also being reported in the STR.
Presently, he is the member of the Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCC&I) in its Indirect Taxes Committee. He regularly delivers talks on diverse topics in various seminar.
MR.PATIT PABAN BISHWAL ( Director ), B,sc (Hons.), LLB.
Mr, Bishwal has an experience of more than 12 years as an Advocate and is practicing in the field of Corporate Law and Commercial Law. He regularly appears before NCLT and NCLAT on PAN India basis and High Court on behalf of the clients.

Mr. Banerjee has spent more than 20 years working in various facets of Accounts, Finance and International Logistics.

He has a vast Industrial experience in LEVCON group of Companies in electrical engineering sector. He is an academician and the guest faculty in almost all the leading business schools in Kolkata.

Mr. Basu is a Senior Consultants having more than 20 years of experience in the field of Indirect Taxation, GST, Value Added Tax (VAT) and Service Tax. His ‘hands on’ knowledge of a large number of diverse industries enables him to handle and represent with the Revenue Departments on behalf of clients in an appropriate manner and also to guide and implement correct accounting methods. Over the years, Mr. Basu has acquired specialized experience and knowledge of software applications including SAP, thereby enabling him to contribute immensely in devising improved EPR solutions for our clients enabling them to customize GST complaint accounting records.
2. MR. BISWAJIT DEY
Mr. Dey is a post graduate in Economics having 15 years of experience in State Commercial Tax. He handles assessment(s) and investigation(s) of multiple reputed limited Companies in Indirect Tax matters.
3. MR. PRODYUT BANERJEE (B.com, LLB, LLM,FSC)
Mr.Banerjee is a seasoned Legal professional with thirteen years of progressively responsible experience both in corporate sector and private practice in India and abroad. He is presently practicing as an advocate in Calcutta High Court since March, 2010.
